Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Opened essential oils and used personal-care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds Without Return
In certain cases (damaged, defective, incorrect items), we may offer a refund without requiring the product to be returned. Photographic evidence may be requested.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened essential oils
- Items returned without authorization
- Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@emberio.be with photos of the item and packaging.
